The line
A metre of extrusionis easy. Sixty is not.
Any fabricator can cut one profile square. The discipline is holding that same line across an entire elevation — through thermal movement, structural deflection and a tolerance stack that grows with every floor.
We set out against a surveyed grid rather than the architect’s nominal dimensions, and we specify thermal breaks for a Gulf summer rather than a European one. Joints stay even because they were planned to, not because they were forced.

Care & maintenance
Our aluminium works in Dubai are low-maintenance by design, but a coastal city asks for a rhythm: rinse powder-coated and anodised surfaces with clean water a few times a year to clear salt and dust, keep drainage weep-holes clear so water leaves the frame, and check gaskets and seals at the intervals the system specifies. Left entirely alone, salt film dulls a finish; kept to a simple schedule, it holds.
